Isaac is the Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe. His previous career includes Chief Strategy Officer for Premier Banking Corporation (now Ecobank) between 2006 and 2009, and Head of Strategy and Advisory for MMC Capital 2009-2011. He has vast research and academic background spanning over 15 years that include lecturing Post Graduate Degrees in areas of economics and finance in various institutions that include University of Zimbabwe’s Graduate School of Management (2003-2013) and Derbyshire Business School (UK) (from 2002 to 2003). Isaac is the current President of the Mining Industry Association of Southern Africa (a private sector regional association of Chambers of Mines in SADC) from 2017 to date. He is also the current Chairperson of the Association of Chamber of Mines and other Mining Associations in Africa (ACMAA), a continental private sector body for mining industries in Africa (2018 to date). Isaac is an Honorary Fellow and Past President of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management (2014-16).
