It has come to ZIMRA’S attention that there are individuals who are visiting our valued clients’ business premises purporting to be ZIMRA officials.

Clients have been approached by these individuals and requested to avail their business records, as well as being presented with fictitious bills. The individuals have then gone ahead to demand cash payments from our unsuspecting clients.

Please be advised that ZIMRA officials always move in teams and carry on them their ZIMRA identity cards, as well as being in ZIMRA uniform. Further, ZIMRA officers do not collect cash from clients.
