ZIMRA would like to advise its valued clients and stakeholders that following the Authority’s quarterly maintenance work on all ICT core systems and networking equipment on Saturday, 24th of March 2018, some interruption was experienced on some platforms, particularly, the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) World system.
The scheduled maintenance however, was successful and efficient service of the ZIMRA ICT systems has resumed. We would like to assure the public that the systems are now up and running and are being closely monitored by a team of technical experts.
ZIMRA further advises its valued clients that additional staff has been deployed to some ports of entry to assist in the clearance of travelers and cargo during the Easter period. This is expected to ease congestion and reduce turnaround times in clearance of travelers and cargo during the Easter holidays.
ZIMRA apologises for any inconveniences that may have been caused during the maintenance period.
