Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, the description, the closing date and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box Number CY408, Causeway, Harare or delivered by hand to the Principal Officer, State Procurement Board, 5th Floor, Old Reserve Bank Building, 76 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare before 1000 hours on Tuesday, 2 April 2013.
