THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION AND THE
PREVENTION OF FISCAL EVASION WITH RESPECT TO
TAXES ON INCOME
DATE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE
The Agreement entered into force on 1st January 2017. This was the date of the latest notification by the People’s Republic of China informing the Republic of Zimbabwe that the People’s Republic of China had completed the procedures required under its laws to bring into force the Agreement in accordance with the Article 27 of the Agreement.
