The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) wishes to inform all its valued clients that they are in the process of updating clients’ master data. The exercise is aimed at improving communication with clients by ensuring that we have correct and up to date contact details.

 

To fully enjoy the benefits of the SAP Tax & Revenue Management System and enhance communication with ZIMRA, clients are urged to update their business addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, current bank account details, industry and sector and taxpayer identification number (company registration number for companies and ID Number for Individual taxpayers) at their nearest ZIMRA Offices.

All clients are kindly urged to visit their nearest ZIMRA Offices and complete Rev 2 Form (Change of Details/Application for additional Revenue Heads) for update.

For any further clarification, kindly visit your nearest ZIMRA Office.
