In an effort to improve service delivery to its valued clients, the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) has engaged in a relocation exercise which will see all services offered at the Harare Customs House (Harare Port) moving to Kurima House at 89 Nelson Mandela Avenue (between 3rd and 4th Streets) in Harare.

This move has been necessitated by the need to create a one stop shop were clients can easily access all services under one roof. The relocation began in July 2011 and saw the operations at Harare Port being moved systematically to avoid any inconveniences. The Bonds Office, Examining, Registry, Rebates and Inspectorate Sections were moved on  July 16 to Kurima House 7th floor; followed by the Motor Traffic, Change of Ownership, Accounts and Administration which started the relocation process from July 23.

The relocation is expected to be complete by July 31 and all services that were at the Customs House will be available at Kurima House 1st and 7th floors.
