ZIIMRA has introduced its second solar farm at Plumtree Border Post following the successful launch of the first solar system at Nyamapanda Border Post.

The solar system at Plumtree has the capacity to generate 10 KW of power for the main building at the Border Post. A 3,5 KW inverter was installed for the IT network switches to run 24 hours continuously on solar.
